Health and wellbeing is about having the right diet and exercise. People with Mental health conditions can subsequently have physical health issues and lead to a shorter life. Cardiovascular disease is a major cause of this shorter life amongst people with Mental illness (McCloughen, Foster, Huws‐Thomas, & Delgado, 2012). At Cenplus™ Care we care about people with Mental illness and encourage physical activity to increase life expectancy. Reduced smoking of cigarettes and proper diet is what we are all about. Reduced drinking is a great way of staying healthy. Obesity can be a problem when you are on certain medications, regular exercise can help you stay on top of things and lead to a positive outcome.
